Use the tips of your fingers to knead and massage the muscles of your neck, head and scalp. Don’t hesitate to ask for help, though, if you have an eager or willing partner.

Eat Regularly
Do not skip meals and eat healthy foods. Headache can occur due to the deficiency of the vitamin and lack valuable nutrients. You should not keep a long gap between two meals. Headache can happen because of the empty stomach.
